We are big fans of doing things right the first time around. With our vast hands-on building experience, there isn’t much we don’t know about the fabric of a building which equips us to identify problems and solve them right at the start. 

 

Being experienced in self builds including commercial and residential, single and multi-unit blocks; as well as being competent in multiple aspects of construction enables us to manage a project effectively to achieve our vision.

 

We also have experience in running a lettings agency and are multi-disciplined in managing different types of tenants such as social; international; working and students in a single unit or co-living setting. Having specialised in the multi-unit blocks and co-living arena, we have years of liaising with building control, planning and HMO officers to fully understand the standards to adhere to and design room layouts for maximum use of space.

Targeting various avenues to source our investments, we concentrate on properties that may normally be unmortgageable or are problematic where many may not wish to tackle. We find these types of projects to achieve exceptional results for us and our investment partners.
